Again, there are no hand-written page numbers in this report. It includes a detailed chronology and analysis of the Tapas group movements, telephone calls (land line and mobile traffic) and statements. It highlights the contractions of those statements and also tries to make sense of who entered the apartment and who searched that night (as witnessed by independent parties). The report confirms that there is no independent sighting of Madeleine after 5:30 p.m of the night in question (assuming David Payne’s account of visiting the apartment is incorrect).
