England woke May 4th
2007, to the news an
Apartment
had been broken
into and a three year old child had been abducted from her holiday home
in
Praia da Luz,
Portugal. The childs name
Madeleine McCann.
The coverage was amazing,
all channels , all day ONLY reported this one story , there was no other
news.
Family and friends were
interviewed on British television telling reporters about smashed and
broken shutters, Madeleine had been snatched .
The same day we could see
on our screens forensics entering and leaving Apt. 5A, the McCanns
holiday home.
We saw close up, forensics, dusting the
shutter for prints, the shutter did not look ?broken or smashed? as had
been reported...in fact we were later to learn this was not the
case..there was NO sign of a forced entry.
The broken shutter was a
lie. We also later read from
Police files, the only fingerprints
found on the window were those of Madeleines mother,
Kate McCann.
Mrs Fenn
, who lived in the apartment above the McCanns heard some noise on the
evening May 3rd
, 2007. The time just before 10.30 pm. Mrs Fenn looked over her balcony
and saw a woman crying and saying ?We?ve let her down Gerry, we?ve let
her down?
Mrs Fenn, called down and
asked what was wrong? Gerry replied ? A small child has been abducted?
Mrs.Fenn said ?Shall I
call the police??
Kate told her they had
already been notified.
This again was not true,
the call was not logged by Police until 10.40 pm.
Mrs Fenn also told Police
she had heard a child screaming for well over an hour on Tuesday May
1st , she was so concerned she called
a friend to ask what she should do. The childs screams were frantic,
screaming Daddy, Daddy....
(So much for the every
fifteen or thirty minute checks.)
The group of Doctors said
they left their children alone each night so they may go for dinner.
Jane Tanner,
one member of the group who claims to have seen the ?abductor? taking
Madeleine away said they checked their children in the apartments every
fifteen minutes...Gerry said this is not true they checked their
children every thirty minutes.
The abduction, according
to the McCanns took place after Gerry did his 9 o?clock check...Gerry on
leaving the apartment bumped into a friend,
Jeremy Wilkins.
Jeremy said they spoke for around three minutes.
While this discussion was taking place ,
Jane Tanner had arrived to check on her children (her apartment close
by). She claims to have seen Gerry and Jeremy talking , actually walked
past them... and neither say they saw her.
The road was narrow and if anyone had walked
by, Jeremy said he would have seen them, he saw nor heard anything.
Jane also told police she
saw a man walking in a hurry carrying a child whose feet were bare, she
thought this odd because it was a cool night and the child was not
wrapped in a blanket. Jane said she later realised this was Madeleine.
To sum up,
Gerry had checked on his children, left the apartment and spoke with
Jeremy. Jane Tanner spots Gerry, Jeremy and the abductor with
Madeleine...all this has happened within four minutes...Gerry , Jane and
Jeremy outside the apartment while someone enters and according to the
Mccanns, smashes a heavy metal shutter to break into the apartment and
take Madeleine.
The days that followed...
ALL staff members from the resort OCEAN CLUB, police and the good people
of Praia da Luz...took time from work and did not sleep...the days were
spent searching in brush and undergrowth for Madeleine.
And Madeleines parents,
where were they, did they search? No! Kate and Gerry opened up a private
company called ?No Stone Unturned? a FUND claiming this money would be
used to search for Madeleine. They then went Jogging and played Tennis
as the money rolled in.
Chat House Cares may I say how very proud I am of you for asking
the question that should have been asked more then three years
ago. Where is Madeleine and most important of all what happened
to her?
I hope the people of America remember this child and take her
into their hearts and also think of her as one of their own.
Then we may just get people to start looking at how an abduction
was impossible.

Love the
video it tells the story of what happened and I have never
understood how a parent could be doing photoshoots when their
daughter is missing probably dead.
The parents have lied from day one, they were only ever
interested in the money. In PDL they had begging bowls in every
bar and restaurant. The Fighting Fund they called it. Why would
they need a fighting fund if they were innocent?
I think although we are seekers of Justice for Madeleine we would
like you to know we care for all children who have been harmed
at the hands of their parents or strangers. Madeleine is no more
important than any other child but it sure feels good to see her
name nestled here amongst you folks.
I feel like we have found her a home all of her own.
This sad case could be solved IN A WEEK! First, somebody must
take responsibility for it, (Portuguese or British), secondly
that Authority must submit an OFFICILAL REQUEST to the German
Police at the Bavaria HQ. When this is done the German Polizei
will be able to obtain a Warrant to search where I have told
them after finding the house in May 2009.
It took two trips to find this place, (I ran out of time on the
first, in May 2008). Police there spent 3 hours with me, but
could go no further without a Warrant. My testemony was not
enough to satisfy their Privacy Laws. I've phoned all the 'Helplines',
Interpol, Home Office, Scotland Yard. Emailed Leicester Police
(Operation Task), and Cheif Constable. Written to Gordon Brown
(last November), (he had seen it and photos & requested them
forwarded to the Home Office, but they were "lost"!) I went to
PJ HQ at Portimao on 4th March this year (Interviewed by
Adelmide).
STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!
I've emailed CEOPS (via Gerry's Blog).
The 'justice' situation in Europe is laughable. I would strongly
suggest that in any missing child case, once initial enquiries
dry up, (and don't spend a year in secrecy)the case should
become the responsibility of the Home Authority, for nobody
cares more for that child. The silly Brit protocol ensures
information ends up in the wharehouse in Portugal stamped
"Irrelevant".
How do I know this? Reported in a Portuguese Newspaper last
year. How do I Know where the house is? I have a wonderful
ability for Remote Viewing (as used by the CIA in Operation
Stargate). CHECK IT OUT!
The Mccanns were overjoyed when they heard Jaycee Dugard had been
found, not for the normal reasons, we were all glad Jaycee had
been found but our thoughts were ones of horror when we heard
how she had suffered.
Kate Mccann said this could happen with Madeleine she may be
found years later. Madeleine was three years old, how can a
mother think and be happy her three year old child is going
through what Jaycee went through?
Gerry McCann was made a suspect in his daughter Madeleine's
disappearance after a British expert said he should be
investigated for 'homicide'.
BRITISH Criminal profiler LEE RAINBOW recommended that police on
the Algarve investigate the doctor and his wife Kate because of
'contradictions' in his statement.
The report by Mr Rainbow, of the National Policing Improvement
Agency, was sent to Portugal in June 2007, a month after the
three-year-old disappeared.
Kate and Gerry McCann are suing Dr. Amaral co-ordinator of the
investigation for libel over his allegations that the couple
faked Madeleine's death.
The couple want Dr. Amaral to be legally barred from accusing
them of being involved in Madeleine's disappearance.
FACT
'The contradictions in Gerald McCann's statement might lead us
to suspect a HOMICIDE. This is a lead that should be
investigated.'
Can you imagine Misty Croslin suing the Chief of Police for
suspecting her of being involved in the disappearence of Haleigh
Cummings ? This is what the Mccanns are doing, since when does a
suspect have such rights to tell a Police Department how dare
they suspect them, it is laughable.
The Mccanns like to tell everyone they have been cleared but
this is not true, the Mccanns have had their ARGUIDO status
lifted quite a different matter.
Wow, what a
twisted and compelling case. From the start I never understood
the leaving of 3 small children alone. Im afraid that alot of
questions are going to remain unanswered simply because the only
ones who know the truth are not being forced to speak.
You have done a wonderful job with this post.. I have learned a
lot. Keep up the wonderful job and lets all say a special prayer
for Maddy..

OMG how the hell are these two still walking the

I think one of the most fascinating parts of this case for me,
Gerry and his blogs.
Gerry would write daily about his adventures. Here is one
example when they went to meet with the Pope.
Reading here you would think the Pope had arranged to meet them
in a Private Audience.
Gerry states this in his blog,( last sentence,) as though the
Pope was there just for them and other people were there to be
blessed ALSO...as though an after thought. Unbelievable.
You would never think this is a man who claims his child has
been abducted by a paedophile and the trauma a three year old
would be going through. The hell a parent would be facing, the
torment and yet Gerry spent his time writing to bloggers on the
Internet.
He talks of the meeting with the Pope as Carnival
like....Madeleine hardly gets a mention.
Day 27 - 30/05/2007 - Wednesday
POPE
Day 27
Today has gone as well as we could possibly imagine.
We woke around 7.15am and got ourselves ready. There was a
lovely continental breakfast prepared but both Kate and I ate
very little due to nerves. We left the Embassy just after 9.00am
and stopped en route to the Vatican, at Piazza Pia for a photo
opportunity with St Peters in the distance. I made a very short
statement regarding our forthcoming visit and expressed my
gratitude to Francis Campbell, the British Ambassador to the
Vatican, and his staff for making us feel as if we were part of
their family.
We arrived in plenty of time for the Papal audience and were
delighted to find we were seated in the ?Prima Fila?- the first
row. Clarence, Francis and Monsingneur Charlie Burns, a
colourful Glaswegian who teaches at the seminary and looks after
the Ambassadors spiritual well being were seated immediately
behind us. It was extremely sunny and I have to admit that Kate
and I were struggling somewhat with the heat in our dark suits
but Francis rescued us with an umbrella and some water and
following that some heavy cloud rolled in, cooling us down.
The atmosphere in St Peters square was almost carnival like
with up to 35,000 people there to see the Pope. He did not
disappoint, driving slowly around the crowd in his open jeep,
waving cheerfully. We were sombre in contrast given that we were
there to ask Benedict to pray for Madeleine, although I am sure
others were also there to get blessings for their loved ones.
How can anyone live from day to day when their child is missing?.
What parent is not waiting for that knock at the door to tell
you your child has been found dead or seriously hurt.
A parent lives from moment to moment.
I therfore was amazed to hear Gerry Mccann say to the public on
June 3rd 2007.
(Madeleine had been missing exactly one month) he would be
planning an event for a years time, this for me was a BIG red
flag, how could any parent know their child would not be found
within the year.
It seems Gerry Mccann knew.

Perhaps Mr McCann is inadvertently & naively protecting the
pedophile. Who knows? Whoever said a pedophile has to be a
'stranger' anyway? Certainly, not the National Center for
Missing & Exploited Children that's for sure:-

schools, communities and parents teach our children about
?stranger danger.?
The fact is child molesters can look like anyone else and even
be someone we know and like. This book will assist law
enforcement in recognizing and evaluating how and why child
molesters have sex with children in order to identify, arrest
and convict them.?

One of the
reasons the PJ (Police) suspected the Mccanns, they selectively
deleted phone calls upto and around the time of the alleged
abduction.
KATES mobile memory held details of 39 calls from 18.28 on
Wednesday 25th April to 16.35 on 27th April 2007.
After her arrival in Portugal on 28th April 2007, with the
exception of one incoming call on Wednesday 2nd May 2007 at
11.21 (which, very interestingly, was the Swansea “wrong
number”),
And one call from her husband at 23.17 on Thursday 3rd May 2007,
everything else has been deleted from memory.
These deletions could have been accidental, but a high degree of
cunning could be implied.
Why would she selectively delete everything up to Thursday 3rd
May 2007 ( the night Madeleine disappeared) with the exception
of one wrong number and what was her reason for deleting THREE
of the FOUR calls , between 23.14 and 23.17.from her husband on
that critical night?
A possible answer is that she wished to avoid alerting the PJ to
evidence that details of around 40 calls had been erased and she
felt happier leaving something uncontroversial (or misleading)
in memory for them to find.

you raise a very good point. Dr.Amaral had suggested there was
paedophilia within the group.
His reason, a witness statement was held back by Leicestershire
Police for SIX months. The statement was given by a couple of
Doctors who were intimate friends of the Mccanns.
The biggest shock for the Mccanns was the releasing of the
Police files into the Public Domain. I believe their aim is to
have them removed from the Internet by their lawyers Carter Ruck.
I think this will be a hard task as this is the law of Portugal.
Do the Mccanns think they can change an entire nations law?.
Maybe they do. Time will tell.
There is no date set yet for the up and coming libel trial
against Dr.Amaral.
But for now this statement is part of the investigation and may
be read by those who are interested in the case.
