Moura spent two weeks
undercover at the Mark Warner holiday complex
in
Praia da Luz posing as a
holidaymaker.
He
spoke to staff who were
there when the four-year-old disappeared.
He
said: 'I am convinced Maddie was taken by a
paedophile who had
targeted her.
I believe the abductor went through the back door of
the apartment,
snatched her and strolled out.
He
could have done it in less than a minute
