TRISH AND SANDY CAMERON (47 and ??) Year 2007
Gerry's sister, Trish Cameron, is nurse from Dumbarton near Glasgow. She said that her brother, Gerry, called her (on May 3rd) "breaking his heart". Mrs Cameron, her husband (Sandy), her mother and Mr and Mrs Healy (Kate's parents) travelled out to Portugal within 1 or 2 days of the disappearance. Trish and Sandy stayed until the end of summer, but Trish returned to Portugal again when news broke that Kate and Gerry were to be re-questioned. Trish accompanied Kate to the PJ headquarters. She continues to look after them in Rothley. Trish and Sandy have one teenage son, Paul.

TWINS, SEAN AND AMELIE MCCANN
The McCanns underwent IVF treatment near their Leicestershire home before Madeleine was conceived. They had further IVF treatment to conceive their twins while they were living in Amsterdam." "Kate McCann gave birth to Madeleine Beth in May 2003, before the couple moved to Amsterdam, where Gerry McCann, a cardiologist, would study heart scanning....In vitro fertilization proved successful again while in Amsterdam, and Kate became pregnant with the twins. Madeleine was 20 months old when the twins, Amelie Eve and Sean Michael, were born in January 2005. The family settled in Rothley when they returned to England."

BRIAN AND JANET KENNEDY (? and 68 respectively) Year 2007

D.O.B: 28/02/1939  A retired head teacher, Kate's Great Uncle, appointed as fund director16 May 2007
Brian Kennedy (brother of Susan Healy and Kate's uncle) is a director of the Company administrating the Find Madeleine Fund. He lives in Rothley, Leicestershire and has acted as a spokesperson for the family in the UK. During the first week after Madeleine McCann went missing, Brian and Janet Kennedy, Madeleine's great-uncle and great-aunt, went twice a day to the central square of Rothley, the village close to Leicester, in central England, where Maddie’s parents live. They were the face that the many journalists on location wanted for their live transmissions. On the day that marked a week after the kidnapping, Brian, a former teacher at the local catholic school in Rothley, even invited "Expresso" journalists into his home for a cup of tea. Brian and Janet have one son, James.

EILEEN McCANN (nee Ferry) (69) Year 2007
Gerry's mother, Eileen, is originally from Crolly, near Burtonport in Donegal. She married the late John McCann from St Johnston. The family left Donegal in 1967 and settled in Glasgow although Eileen McCann still owns Peoples' Bar in tiny St Johnston, close to the border with Co Londonderry.

JOHN AND DIANE McCANN (48 and 39 respectively )Year 2007
John McCann D.O.B: 15/02/1959 is Gerry's brother,appointed 16 May 2007as a director of the Find Madeleine Fund (there are seven directors). He has taken indefinite leave of absence from his job as a medical rep for the pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca in order to administrate the £1m fund from his Glasgow sitting room. Worried that focus on allegations about her parents has overshadowed the search for the four-year-old, he has just announced a new campaign of billboards, television commercials and advertisements in newspapers across Portugal and Spain. His wife, Diane McCann, is actively involved in fund-raising. She joined friends to run the 10k in Glasgow, sporting t-shirts with Madeleine's picture on the back. Diane is a primary school teacher who lives in Scotstoun, Glasgow with her husband and two children, Fiona (11) and Gregor.

A medical representative, The uncle of missing Madeleine McCann has blamed negative stories about the family for the drop in donations to their fighting fund.

PHILOMENA McCANN (aged 43) Year 2007
Phil McCann was born in Lifford (20 miles from Londonderry) but the family re-located to Glasgow in 1967. Gerry McCann's sister, a high school teacher from Ullapool in Glasgow, often speaks to the press on the family's behalf. She is popular among reporters for her fierceness and colourful Glaswegian vocabulary, but occasionally strays off-message - such as when she told Sky that Portuguese police (of whom she is not fond) had offered Kate a two-year sentence in return for admitting accidental manslaughter. Gerry was still being interviewed by police, and Philomena had got the story somewhat garbled (they did not offer a plea bargain, but were exploring the possibility of accidental death). However, British journalists treated her statement as tacit permission to start reporting allegations against the McCanns.

SUSAN AND BRIAN HEALY (62 and 67 respectively) Year 2007
Kate's Parents, Brian and Susan Healy live in Allerton, Liverpool. Brian Healy suffers from Parkinson's Disease and says only his anger keeps him going. Mrs Healy and her husband, Brian meet with relatives and friends in the Liverpool area to discuss how they can promote the Find Madeleine campaign. On the 100 days anniversary Madeleine's grandparents manned a stall in the city centre of Liverpool asking for donations. (Kate's grandparents come from Dublin - unsure which side of the family)

NORA PAUL (nee Healy) Year 2007
Kate's aunt (Brian Healy's sister) is Madeleine's godmother. She currently lives in Vancouver, Canada and has given interviews to CTV.ca. "When Madeleine's godmother and great aunt Nora Healy was asked about the Portuguese police operation, she raised her eyebrows and said: "Well, it upped a gear when the British ambassador arrived." She is best remembered for her phone interview where she said, "There was six of them together, and there was a neurosurgeon, an anesthesiologist, there was six medical professionals. If there'd been an accident, (A) if it was accidental and they were doing something bad, THEY COVERED IT ... could have covered it up. If it was accidental, they'd have taken care of it.." Norah Paul was visiting her relatives in Skipton from her home in Vancouver when Madeleine went missing. Michael Wright then drove her to Liverpool to meet the Healys and all four flew to PDL on 4th May. Sue Healy and Nora Paul were photographed arriving together at the Mark Warner complex.

ANNE-MARIE AND MICHAEL WRIGHT (43 and ? respectively) Year 2007
Anne-Marie Wright, who is the cousin of Kate McCann, and her husband Michael live in Skipton, Yorkshire. They married in 1991 and now have two children, Katie and Peter. The Wright family first heard of Madeleine's disappearance in the early hours of Friday May 4, when Mrs Wright's mum, Sheila Cowell, called with the news. Mrs Wright's husband, Michael, then drove another relative to join Madeleine's grandparents in Liverpool and then went out to Portugal to help with the search. And Mrs Wright has since been out to the Algarve twice and on the last occasion she and her husband looked after Madeleine's brother and sister, two-year-old twins Sean and Amelie, while Kate and Gerry, Madeleine's dad, journeyed to Morocco. Michael Wright was the co-signatory on the hire car. He drove the car to Huelva in Spain. Kate and Gerry McCann are godparents to the Wright's two children, The baptism of Kate's godson, Patrick, and Gerry's goddaughter, Katie, was at St Stephen's Church, Skipton, North Yorkshire. Kate came back with her twins Sean and Amelie to attend the baptism (14th/15th July) and met up with husband Gerry who had been in London since 12th July for meetings police and child protection professionals. Michael Wright attended Ballakermeen High School in the Isle of Man from 1976 before moving to Bridlington in 1978. In 1981 he joined St John Fisher RC High School in Harrogate. He had a short career in the military before moving into Information technology. In 2000 he joined Alaric Systems but is now described as "owning a software company in Leeds".

JOHN SWEENEY (53) Year 2007
Soon after Madeleine vanished, John Sweeney - who is a second cousin to Madeleine's grandmother Eileen - made an appeal in the UAE for information about the little girl's whereabouts. John is originally from Scotland but has lived in the UAE for the past 13 years working for the Abu Dhabi oil industry. John Sweeney has said he and other family members were "150 per cent behind" Kate and Gerry McCann and did not believe they could have harmed their daughter. "I have been in contact with Gerry McCann and some of the family as well, and as far as the family is concerned and more distant relatives like myself, we're all 150 per cent behind Gerry and Kate at the moment," said Sweeney.

SIMON AND MIRIAM COWELL (37 and 29 respectively) Year 2007
Simon Cowell is a first cousin of Kate McCann. He and his wife Miriam live in Onchan on the Isle of Man with their 15-month-old daughter Lily and 6 year old son Thomas who attends Fairfield School. Simon is the son of Sheila Cowell and brother to Anne-Marie Wright. He is an iSeries Technical Support and Operations Supervisor at Zurich International Life (from May 2007). Michael Wright has been relaying information about the campaign to him from the very beginning. When Kate and Gerry were made arguidos he said, 'The whole way through Kate and Gerry have been the Portuguese police's greatest supporters and they have always been saying they are doing their jobs and after this long they have come up with this accusation that is totally ridiculous and none of the so-called hard evidence seems to stand up. Kate and Gerry are preparing themselves legally for what happens next. They are just trying to get the best support and advice they can to deal with the allegations.' ( no image Available )

SHEILA COWELL
Sheila Cowell is Kate's aunt (thought to be Brian Healy's sister). She lives in Skipton. She is the mother of Anne-Marie Wright and Simon Cowell and was the one to alert both of her children to the news that Madeleine had disappeared. When the family returned to Rothley without Madeleine she said, said: "This was the hardest thing Kate has ever had to do. Being back home and seeing Madeleine's bedroom again was so emotional for her. But she's a strong person and will pull through."
